Jojo’s Jetty 2008 Shiraz
100% shiraz with extended skin contact for 2 months and aged in American Oak for 10 months. A light to medium body spicy red, dark red in colour. At the time of bottling this wine was showing spicy white pepper aromas; in mouth flavours are dominated with pepper showing good oak integration and a lemon after taste.

Jojo’s Jetty 2008 Merlot Shiraz
60% Merlot/Shiraz blend of estate grapes was fermented with extended skin contact for 2 months and aged in new French Oak for 10 months. Dark red in colour, this wine is showing blackcurrant aromas overlayed with pepper and savoury notes. In mouth, this medium bodied wine has initial flavours including sweet berry characteristics, followed by vanilla notes from the excellent oak integration and ending in savoury after taste.

The 2007 Jojo's Jetty merlot was the highest scoring red wine in the 2009 Hawkesbury Agricultural Show wine judging and enjoyed winning the silver medal

2006 Semillon - LIMITED STOCK
The 2006 vintage semillon shares similar tasting notes with the Hawkesbury Agricultural Wine Show bronze medal winning ’04 Jojo’s Jetty Semillon.
Both vintages share a classic colour and finish suggesting the likelihood of continued improvement in the bottle for some years yet.
The 2005 Semillon was made by Tizzana winemaker Peter Auld. |

2005 Merlot - SOLD OUT
The 2005 merlot was produced from 100% estate grapes, hand picked from the vineyard’s sunniest slope.
The wine was stored in American oak for 12 months and has developed a smooth finishing palate.
