2015 Sem/Savblanc

A blend of 85% Semillon from our estate vineyard and 15% Sauvignon Blanc grown at Orange in Central NSW, this wine belies the sum of it’s parts. Pale yellow with green hues, tropical fruit aromatics are intertwined with lemony citrus and melon characters to give an intense nose. The palate is juicy and vibrant with an abundance of grassy and fruit focused flavours. Pure and refined acidity give the wine length and a refreshing finish. Drink over the next 2 years.
